From the North (Pennsylvania/Philadelphia area):

  • Take I-95 South to 495/Naamans Road and immediately exit onto Naamans Road / DE-92 W. Bear Right onto Naamans Road.
  • Continue on Naamans Road for approximately 5 miles.
  • Turn LEFT onto CONCORD PIKE/US-202 S for approximately 1.1 miles.
  • Get in RIGHT Lane. (NOTE: Concord Square Shopping Center will be on your left).
  • At the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Righter Parkway.
  • Follow the sign on your RIGHT that says “ONE” with an arrow pointing to the right.
  • Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.

 

From the North From New Jersey Turnpike:

  • Take Exit 2 (Swedesboro / 322).
  • Make a LEFT on to 322 West to the Commodore Barry Bridge.
  • Cross the Commodore Barry Bridge.
  • Get on I-95 South (Wilmington).
  • Take I-95 South to 495/Naamans Road.
  • Take NAAMANS ROAD / DE-92 W Exit and turn RIGHT.
  • Continue on Naamans Road for approximately 5 miles.
  • Turn LEFT onto CONCORD PIKE/US-202 S for approximately 1.1 miles.
  • Get in RIGHT Lane. (NOTE: Concord Square Shopping Center will be on your left).
  • At the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Righter Parkway.
  • Follow the sign on your RIGHT that says “ONE” with an arrow pointing to the right.
  • Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.

 

From the South (downtown Wilmington, Wilmington Train Station, or Maryland):

  • Take I-95 North to exit “202 North”. At the top of the exit ramp follow the overhead signs for “202 North”.
  • Continue on “202 North” for approximately 2.8 miles.
  • Move into the left-hand lane.
  • Turn LEFT onto Righter Parkway. (NOTE: On your right will be the Concord Square Shopping Center).
  • Follow the sign on your right that says “One” with an arrow pointing to the right.
  • Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.

 

Local Directions:
Delaware Corporate Center (DCC) is located approximately 0.5 miles south of the Concord Mall.

  • Take RT 202 South 0.5 miles past the Concord Mall to Righter Parkway. (NOTE: On your left will be the Concord Square Shopping Center).
  • At the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Righter Parkway.
  • Follow the sign on your right that says “ONE” with an arrow pointing to the right.
  • Turn RIGHT into the parking lot.
